DIY Dipnet - Above the bridge Boat Rentals

You have the skills, We have the Boats!

AK eXpeditions is excited to be the first and only outfitter in Alaska to offer boat rentals in the Glennallen Subsistence Dipnet Fishery! If you qualify, this is the most cost effective and versatile way to dipnet the Copper River with your friends for up to 12 hours!

Rental Description

Are you a seasoned mariner, or an old salty dog with the skills to run the river?  Don't want to drag your boat down to the Copper, or your boat is simply not as well suited for this fishery? Or maybe you lost your vessel in a poker match!?!  Who knows?!?! Our point is, we have the boats if you have the skills!!

Check in at our Fish Camp and you can follow us down to the launch and get you checked out for your rental. The launch just above the bridge in the subsistence fishery.  There we will walk you around the boat, and perform an equipment check. Once all paperwork is completed, you can begin your DIY Dipnet Adventure with your friends and family in this prolific salmon fishery.

Our boats are battle tested and no other boat can offer the level of safety and reliability our Zodiac MilPro MK5 HD powered by the latest Honda Marine 100hp outboard jets can offer! We have run Zodiacs tens of thousands of miles in this fishery and the comfort and safety of these boats are unparalleled.

The Basics:
