We offer riverine hunts on the lower reaches of the Yukon and Innoko Rivers in Game Management Unit 21E. This is a fully guided and outfitted hunt. These are 10-day 1 x 1 guided hunts that can be extended within the season as needed. Fall season starts September 5th and ends September 25th. We hunt no more than four guided moose hunts per season keeping our footprint small ensuring our guests get the personalized service one should expect from a world class outfitter. Wolf and Black bears may be taken at no additional cost with possession of proper tags. Grizzly bear may be taken with possession of the proper tag and trophy fee prior to hunt.
After years of guiding moose hunts via Super Cub into spike camps on the tundra and mountain ridges we sought an alternative to those arduous hunts for our clients. Riverine hunts allow you and your guide to explore hundreds of miles of exceptional moose habitat that would not be possible on foot. You will have an opportunity to see dozens of shooter bulls in your time with us allowing you to find the bull that speaks to you! Clients hunt from a comfortable base camp with heated tents, daily hot meals staffed by a knowledgeable crew making your hunt truly special. Most bulls are taken on or near the riverbank or within a couple hundred yards from the boat in adjacent swamps or ponds. This makes for short stalks and easy pack outs that are easy on the knees.
In this area of Western Alaska, you can expect trophy class bulls in the 55"-70" range. This hunt is one of the most sought-after moose draw hunts in Alaska and we are fortunate to have maintained a 100% success rate for our guided clients. This draw hunt area requires a signed guide client agreement to apply keeping the pool of hunters who can apply very small resulting in very high draw rate. We will work with you to submit the application on your behalf taking away any confusion of how to apply. (Can be applied for as a party hunt for a group of two with even higher draw rate).

Our camps are outfitted with premium Arctic Oven Hot tents with propane stove kits to dry out your gear and take the chill out off after a long day in the field. Tents are equipped with camp cots, led lighting, chair and table. You will enjoy your own space so you get good rest as your guide cleans up and prepares for the next day’s hunt. With a 12v power supply you can charge your personal electronics, satellite phone, and even a compatible 12v medical device such as a CPAP machine. Starlink internet conductivity is also available in our camps.
We own a popular food truck and bring that passion for good food to our moose camp menu serving hot breakfast and dinner daily with hearty sandwiches or wraps for lunch. Everything we do we is driven by attention to detail.
We use boats to travel the countless miles of river and sloughs covering extraordinary distances every day searching for trophy bulls. Moose can be spotted on the river banks and shots taken while the boat is drifting or from shore. We also will land the boats along the banks to scrape and call into swamps and ponds in search of bulls that hang in the willows just off the river edge.
This is an extremely productive method of hunting moose and does not require physically demanding marches across miles of tundra & up and down mountains. Most moose are dropped within 200 yards from the bank of the river making it easily accessible to most hunters.
